This Terms of service shall regulate relations between the Website Administration and the User of the Website and its Services.

Using the Website or its Services the User shall confirm that he/she has reached an age which allows taking actions within the framework of the Website or certain Services which he/she is entitled to independently take and to be liable for them in accordance with applicable laws.

Definitions of Terms

“Internet Site” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) - the totality of all the Materials and web-resources located on the domain name successful.management with its servers and other websites connected to it and accessible through links or other access paths and the services available through such sites which have been legally and officially recognized by the Mylem Ltd.

Website/Service User (the "User") - a person who has reached a certain age which allows, in accordance with the applicable laws, being fully liable for his/her own actions (fully capable) and having obtained the Website/Service access by registration and agreed to this Terms of service and other agreements and rules regulating the procedure for using of certain Services. Under present Agreement by the term “Visitor” unauthenticated users are designated.

Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) - authorized employees in the management of the Site, acting on behalf of the Mylem Ltd.

Account/ User’s Account – password-protected web-space of User on the Site. User Account are stored and maintained on the server as a profile database. Each user is associated with a single account, and each account contains user information that can be separated into two basic category types:

A. Personal information: This contains various personal details such as Username, age, gender, home address, occupation, E-mail address and credit-card details.

B. User generated content.

Login – the User alias selected during the registration and used during the process of the Site application. It is prohibited to register and use more than one Login by the same Visitor.

Password - symbol combination, chosen by the User independently, and providing in conjunction with the login his authentication while using the Resource.

Content - design elements, pictures, graphics and other objects either being the result of intellectual activity or not, the rights to which belong to the Administration, Users, Administration Partners or other persons.

Terms of service - this agreement determining general terms and conditions and procedures for using of the Website/Service regulating the legal relations between the Website Administration and the User.

1. Subject of the agreement

1.1 This Agreement defines the conditions for the use by Users of the materials and services of the site https://successful.management (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1.2 The Agreement comes into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms through registration and is valid for the entire period of provision and use of the services.

2. Limitation of responsibility of the Administration

2.1 The Administration is not responsible for the fact that registered users are really the people for whom they issue themselves, and is not responsible for any damage caused to others.

2.2 The user is notified and agrees that he / she is not entitled to file a claim against the Administrator in the event that he does not specify his / her personal data when registering, or indicate personal data that does not correspond to the data specified in the civil passport.

2.3 Under No circumstances will Mylem Ltd be held responsible or liable, in any way, for any content which in Legal opinion is derogatory, threatening, defamatory, obscene or offensive or offends public sensibilities or morals and shall also not assume liability for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or uploaded on the Site, or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. User specifically agree that Mylem Ltd is not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in Site/Service by any third party.

2.4 Administration, Mylem Ltd are not responsible for:

-User’s actions on the Site;

-for the content and validity, reliability of the information used / received by the User on the Site;

-for the authenticity of the advertising information used / received by the User on the Site, and the quality of the goods / works / services advertised therein;

-for the consequences of the use of information used / received by the User on the Site.

2.7 The Administration doesn’t guarantee the User the compliance of the Services and / or the functionality of the Site with the specific purposes of the User.

3. The Administration at its discretion has the right:

3.1 modify the Site;

3.2 unilaterally amend this Agreement;

3.3 request the User for documents that prove he has all necessary rights to post materials (photos, programs, etc.) on the Site;

3.4 suspend or cancel the registration of the User and to refuse him to use the features of the Site in case of violation of the Agreement terms by the User;

4. The User shall be entitled to:

4.1. Post, upload and/or contribute content to the Site. User represent that such Content does not violate these Agreements, applicable law, or the intellectual property rights of others.

4.2. Submit the complaints of the violations of the Agreement by the Users to the Administration

4.3. Take other actions related to using of the Website/Services not prohibited by the applicable laws.

4.4. Obtain access to the paid functional options of the Website/Services;

5. User Obligations

5.1 The User is personally responsible for keeping password secret from the third parties. The Company does not bear any responsibility in case of violation of the rights of the User by the third parties having gained unauthorized access to a pair of Login plus Password of the User.

5.2 The User is regularly acquainted with the content of this Agreement, in order to timely get acquainted with its changes.

5.3 Users are held personally liable for any violation of a third party's rights. Users agree to reimburse Mylem Ltd for all damages resulting from the culpable non-observance of the obligations of these terms and conditions. Users release Mylem Ltd from all eligible claims that other users or third parties may file against Mylem Ltd due to a violation of their rights by content posted by the user or due to a violation of other obligations. Users shall assume the costs of Mylem Ltd' legal defense, including all court and legal fees. This condition does not apply if the user is not responsible for the infringement.

5.4 The User agrees that the Administration of the Site is not liable and does not have any direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or occurred losses or losses connected with any content of the Site.

6. The User may not:

6.1 Post advertising and/or political solicitation materials unless otherwise directly specified in a separate agreement between User and the Administration;

6.2 Perform any actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Service;

6.3 Post content that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material.

6.4 Perform any other actions contradictory to the laws of the England and Wales and/or any other applicable laws, including those applicable in the jurisdiction of User’s residence.

6.6 Users visiting the relevant page of the Site are prohibited from posting content:

6.6.1 violating the English law, the rules of international law;

6.6.3 that offends morality

6.6.5 infringing the rights of the third parties;

6.6.6 containing advertising information;

6.6.7 that is harmful, threatening, offending morality, slanderous

6.6.9 propagandizing hatred and / or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, gender, social grounds;

7. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Process

You may terminate or cancel the Services by giving Mylem Ltd written notice via the cancellation form provided. In such event:

-you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation -Mylem Ltd may, in our sole discretion, refund all pre-paid fees for basic hosting services for the full months remaining after the effectiveness of such cancellation (i.e. no partial month fees shall be refunded) less any setup fees, applicable taxes and any discount applied for prepayment, provided that you are not in breach of this Agreement.

We require all cancellations to be done through the online form in order to (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm in writing that you are prepared for all of your files and emails to be removed, and (c) document the request. This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed.

7.2 Foreign Currencies

Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All refunds are processed in GBP and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and Site is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between the time of payment and the time of refund.

7.3 Price Change

Mylem Ltd reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time, and such changes shall be posted online at this Site and effective immediately without need for further notice to you. If you have purchased or obtained Services for a period of months or years, changes in prices and fees shall be effective when the Services in question come up for renewal.

7.4 Refunds

On receipt of a valid cancellation notice by email, we may, at our sole discretion, refund unused time paid.

7.5 Coupons

Discounts and coupon codes are reserved for first-time accounts or first-time customers only. Any account found in violation of these policies will be reviewed by our Sales department and the appropriate charges will be added to the account. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of your account. All coupons and discounts are only valid towards the initial purchase and do not affect the renewal or recurring price.

8. Final Provisions
